Service Description: The term "Clean construction or demolition debris" means uncontaminated broken concrete without protruding metal bars, bricks, rock, stone, reclaimed or other asphalt pavement, or soil generated from construction or demolition activities.
The term “uncontaminated soil fill operation” means a current or former quarry, mine, or other excavation where uncontaminated soil is used as fill material, but does not include clean construction or demolition debris fill operation.
