Description: DO NOT USE TO DETERMINE CURRENT EJ SCORES! This is historic data for use in identifying past EJ scores. This data reflects a 5 year cycle of US Census American Community Survey data combined with the US Census 2010 block group geography. The "Track" in the title indicates this feature is the current EJ cycle, and should NOT be used to determine a current EJ score. Each block group is assigned an EJ score based on a score above twice the State average for either Minority (1), Low Income (2), Both (3) or None (0). EJ features that are buffered have a one-mile buffer off of each block group. The buffers are assigned the values of their parent block groups. Overlapping buffers with different EJ scores are given an EJ score of 3 (both).
